NWTF chapter and banquet planning meeting

Hi,
It's been a while since I've sent out a mass e-mailing. As many of you know, we had a sucessful release last month. The turkeys are still in the area, and most were recently seen near one of the guzzlers we built.
There will be a meeting on November 19th at 7pm. It shouldn't last much more than an hour. We need to start planning for our next banquet. The date for the 2009 banquet going to be Saturday, Jannuary 31st, 2009. I am looking at the Palza Hotel on Nimitz as the location.
If we can pre-sell 6-10 tickets, we should have enough to book the room and catering.
The planning meeting will be held at the Kalihi Valley Community Complex, same place where the Pig Hunters Assoc. of Oahu hold their meetings.
Setting up and running a banquet takes a few people to manage, and lots of help from others. We'll need help getting items for the auction and games. Pre-selling tickets would help a lot. I'll have more on that at the meeting.If you cannot make the meeting, but want to help...stay in touch.
If you know someone who didn't receive this e-mail, pass it on to them. The NWTF is a volunteer run organization, so the more you can do; the more we can do.

I think the plaza hotel is a great place to have it good grinds. How much will the tickets be pre-selling for???
