Update on proposed changes to hunting rules ...finally

It seems like those hunting rule changes that were proposed three or four years ago are finally making their way through the administrative process.  It was pretty interesting to read DOFAW's responses to people's comments.  Sort of gives you an inside look into how it all works. ...or doesn't work, depending on how you look at it.  I for one am quite happy with the proposed rules for Kauai …

Thought you all might find this interesting. Not sure how it would work on Hawaii game but might work a bit better than "tying" the legs together. The video is from New Zealand. There's a similar thing we do with goats sometimes. Heck, you could probably use a piece of hau bush.
