Found a dog at the end of Army Rd. makai, Pu'u Makaala forest reserve Big Island, call 982-5372 to identify this dog, Ask for Ben

Howzit Ben! I just seen your picture and was wondering what your thoughts were on using that spear?? I have seen a few videos on Youtube and also thought about picking up one just to try out but never did. Are you using grabbers and then poking um? Welcome to Hawaii Sportsman!

To answer your questions above, yes I really like using the spear its lite to carry and you can use it as a walking stick while hunting to, the blade is 13 inches long and 3 inches wide then tapers down to the point. The handle is 6 ft. long. Very sharp blade thats made and sold by Cold Steel. The types of dogs I using are Trackers/Grabbers, Its fun going back to the cave man days. Mahalo, Ben

Cherry! I been wanting to try run in Honokaia but they don't allow rifles in there so I think a spear could be a great alternative! Thanks for the info!
