im trying to make char sui smoke meat i oni get da char sui sauce do i put anything else ?

it depends on the char sui u get i like the in the plastic jar with the white lid red sticker
on front I forget the name i like to soak um for 2 to 3 day n after i pau cook or smoke um
i put honey to give it a nice sweet glaze. hope this help's you

I get one recipe my friends and family love it, get shoyu, char sui ,brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and five spice. let me no and I can send the proportions.

bradda u should hook up with spoonmeet cause i had taste his smoke meat and you not going find any body out there with one better recipe...i can garen t u that....bring it on...his is the best...besides mine thou..hahahahhaa...the main recipe in smoke meat is ffffaaaaattttt.............

Put one or two of those charsiu bottles with as many packs as you need of the NOH brand charsiu powder. Heat um up little bit for make um warm then add brown sugar and make um all dissolve. let um cool little bit and add um to the meat and can throw some green onions in if you like, I do. Try um Les the brown sugar end up glazing to when you smoke um that how you know when pau all the sugar going be coming out the meat and all dripping. Bugga come out mean, try um. Aloha Kimo
