I'm going to be short a few dollars and put me in the red that wouldn't be to to good for my business.I think the best we we're able to do was $490.00 when we ran a special one week sale. Howzit Keola! I can give you a first hand experience with ErwinComp, They dodo! Nah heres my story you tell me what you think! I ordered a Garmin DC30 combo on March 17 and after not hearing or receiving ANYTHING (No email no call and $ still in the bank) I called and after sitting on hold for 2 hours a day for a week and a half finally had the guy (Only get one no matter the extension) tell me "oops the warehouse never processed your order" and that he would contact them and I would receive "something" from them soon. I waited couple mroe days and still nothing so I started calling and waiting on hold for till I just got sick of that damn Coldplay song that loops over and over up till 2 hours a day (piss off after that, Hang up!) Finally same guy answer so I tell him WTF and he says I have no idea why your order was never processed you should receive something soon, I wasn't going accept this answer this time so I tell him " What! Like 2 days, Next week? What?" He responds 24 hours! That was April 20 and I still sitting here with no system, No email and they still no answer their phone! I've also sent about a dozen emails over the last month and a half! If you GOOGLE Erwincomps reviews you find out this is the normal service offered and you can read my review cause i posted um there to! Their prices is unbeleiveably great but not for air! I dunno BROS or Tomz personally but can tell you their customer service is already way better, They answer! I going straighten this out with Erwincomp and then will be giving Tom a call!
