Was hunting mouflon on Lana'i this weekend and saw a sign on the DLNR office saying that someone shot and killed a horse that was in a pasture in part of the hunting area on 9/1. How screwed up is that!! Don't know if it was intentional or an accident but I'm betting that nobody is going to take responsibility for this.

Exclamation AUWE!! Another black eye for the hunting community. If anybody knows anything about this please step up and be a responsible hunter.
