Sausage Galore Party

Bradda Joe wanted to learn how to make sausages, so some of the gang got together and had a small kine sausage making party. Here's the pic's of the festivities:

We came out with a little over 300 sausage's, I'm sure they won't last long...LOL
So we are gonna have to do it again soon.

I got a 70lber last friday with my 30-30 and made a bunch of sausage meat too. What kind of sausages did you make?

Rajah, when we do em again I going give a heads up, maybe we make a big deal of it n get a bunch of braddas together from HSM for make sausage, Im about ready for some beeeerrrzzzezez too, never have for a while. Gotta wait 'til bradda Joe's arm heal from the hand crank meat grinder first,lol. We made Portuguese style from an old family recipe. I can post one recipe when I get home later, just not that one but I get a few I can share. No worries Timmy, I get some for you, either when I go ther or when you come down.

can borrow one note book from you croy? lol get 1 printer over here that works. was one good time. get some more meat in the freezer for make.

Cory yeah definately keep me in mind for the next go round at least I can be of more use then just yapping ! After seeing the pic of the grinder I then understood what you and Bradda Paka was talkin about that was some meat fo do thru that grinda WHEW!!!! Congrats on the sausages my braddas job well done now you guys can kick back and enjoy the fruit of your labor
