Spoiled Meat Empty Spoiled Meat

hit two sows, meat was sitting in cooler wit tap water over night, can still smoke?
also, marinated w/ frozzen meat over night, will the meat be contaminated?
can i still smoke it, need answer before saturday

idk if it felt somewhat cold when u when checkem in the morning then i say chancem : ) if anything smells funny or looks out of the ordinary i wouldnt chance it tho.

i had em in a closed cooler in the shade from 6 pm to bout 5 pm the next day
didnt have room in the freezer
i wen marinate em at 5 and wasnt slimy but wen smell but not anything out of the ordinary
also i changed the water once
i like chance em cause get choke meat soaking together
if people could confirm, would much appreciate it

Smoke um up. what have you got to lose? eat um and if your stomach says dont eat the rest; give um to your worst neighbor. nah jus kidding about the neighbor part. dog food?

you neva put salt? If it smells ok when you smoke um I say should be ok. Do you still know which meat is which?

If you marinated it with salt or at least shoyu the meat will be good. Did you add ice in the water to keep the meat cold or did you use frozen meat to keep the surrounding meat cold? In any case, asap drain the water and add new water with Hawn salt and ice. Keep rotating water, ice, and salt until the weekend. This will pull out the blood and preserve the meat.

But, if da bugga is slimy and green, only you know how the meat was prepared and stored so if you have any doubt toss it, it ain't worth getting sick over.

I always been tought that if you not sure, dump it, if you gotta question it, dump it or feed it to the dogs. especially if you get kids that going eat em, if you not sure about it, it's not good nuff for your Ohana. Exactly what Bradda Ike said, it's not worth the risk of getting you or your family sick.

yah i left in one un-iced cooler overnight
i live mililani, was overcast all day
the next day i wen marinate em shoyu, hawaiian salt, etc.
now its in a icebox and i know which meat is the sows
i think im gonna jus smoke em and try em
mahalo everybody for reassuring me
if anyone else can confirm i would appreciate it
caught two sows tuesday, marinated wednesday, smoking saturday
should be good ah?

yeah one time forgot put ice the next moring that thing was top rankin. smelled so bad was super pissed cuz that boar took 5 hours to pack out the mountain and it had to go to waste..lesson learned on that one
