DLNR WARDEN "H HAINA" AND WHAT LOOK LIKE A M-16 ON HIS SHOLDER ORDERD ME DOWN FROM MY TREESTAND YESTERDAY...
I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE THE BLESSING FROM LAND OWNER AND THE LAND OWNER
CAME OUT OF THEIR HOUSE TO TELL HIM THAT IT WAS OK FOR
ME TO HUNT ON THEIR LAND. THEN HE ASK FOR EVERY ID YOU CAN THINK OF!!!!!!EVEN MY CAR PAPERS???????
KEEPING MY KOOL AND GAVE HIM ALL I HAD, HE EVEN WANTED TO SEE MY HUNTER ED CARD AFTER
SEEING MY HUNTING LIC., HA,HA,HA , "IM ALL LEGAL CUZ"

HE TOOK A PHOTO OF ME AND MADE SIGN A WARNING PAPER????????
WITH A BIG SMILE I SAID "THANK YOU SIR" SHOOK HIS HAND AND WALKED AWAY.......AWRIGHT........

Dean, Call my uncle Ollie. I told him about what happen and he realy wants to talk to you and anyone that had problems with Henry Haina and feel that he went out of bounds. There will be a meeting with Hainas boss the first Thursday of November at the Kalihi rec center at 7 p.m.. His number is: 330-7788

I think ones harrassed when any officer asks for a hunter ed. card. All we need to hunt is a valid Hawaii Hunters licence and maybe (good idea) your HDL ID to prove it's you, but regs say just hunting lic, and if required any tags or permits for the area being hunted. Having the hunters lic also proves you've been to the hunters education course anyway, dosn't it?

I was talkng to Uncle Ollie last night and he told me that Haina's boss has no idea he was capable of doing things like this, He's such a nice guy. I never had any kind of a run in with him, YET but I'll be at the meeting, Are you??????

If you are legal do not sign that paper now he has you looking like you were guilty cuz....just ask him what is his legal bearing on signing that paper

think about this, he's patroling on private property. It's our tax money that goes to his check.
Is it right for him to be patroling private lands with our tax money? because the land owner wasn't the one who paid him.

Its understandable da feelings that the hunters have toward dis game warden but the other things you guys have to realize is dat posting messages like "You Barking up the wrong tree" and ignorant remarks like dat will get you all involved in lawsuit if anything should happen to him. Remember the internet and email are never private everyone reads it. You may think my name isn't trackable and all that but you computers are. Quit trying to fight things esspecially if your doing illegal things fess up dat you were wrong and start doing right. Prior to the game wardens entering poamoho the ranchers there were having hell with livestock being killed by hunting dogs. da ears, and noses were eaten off of the livestock in the pastures, whose at fault fo dat? not da rancher das fo sure. every group has thier bad and the bad makes it worse fo da good. straighten up the bad and maybe den the huntahs get a beta name instead you fighting and saying things like i hunt hea all my life you not going tell me wat fo do! just do it!!!!!!!! dats like telling the cops i steal all my life i no care dat its against da law now i still going do em. not so smart yeah... Just watch what you guys say and do cause you only making you guys look ignorant! Private property is what DLNR has to parol until the public hunting area is entered. DLNR becomes responsible for what happens on the private propertys jus like if livestock stay getting killed. no fair yeah just think of everyone not jus yourself. sorry cuz i agree dat the agressiveness is too much and should be dealt with but jus watch what you guys say in a public access area cover yourselves. cuz if you don't he can and will win.

thats bull man i cant believe that crap. are all the wardens out here that strict. i went to college for wildlife managment to become a warden even tho i was only there for 2 semesters we were taught alot better than that.
