Boar Hunting Tips

Hello,
I am trying to get some basic information regarding a DYI Boar hunt in March of 2011. I live in Alaska so I totally understand the reluctance to help someone from out of state. I just am looking at some basic information regarding public hunting areas and basic rifle hunting meathonds to take a nice tasting pig while in Kauai on vacation. I have hunted in Alaska my entire life and want to try something different. I am a safety councious hunter and will respect your land while on vacation.
