I want to hunt Maui!

Hello to all: Sounds like a great bunch out there. I am visiting Maui in August with my family, and wnat to hunt a couple days, archery or rifle, have not decided yet. Goat, pigs, axis, whatever is available. It would be nice to see some critters, nicer yet to get one (hey we could east fresh meat all week!) Knowing where to go and how to do it is priceless, but I'm a DIY type and do not really want to hunt a ranch. Sorry if that buggers the guides/ranches out there, I'm sure there are some great people. Can anyone get me started with some info, or anyone want to start a conversation and maybe show a visitor some Maui hunting camraderie?
