Idk man...sometimes there's reasons they dont want to take a certain part of the pig. Ive come across choke cut n let go piggies under 100lbs that were torn to pieces....and of course answered the dogs to find ripped up pigs that cant be let go. Ive seen pigs packed and meat wasted cause of them not butchering it fast enough.
