Hunting near Mauna Lani

I was going to hunt while I"m here on vacation but the guy I was going with had things come up so we couldn't. I'm staying between the Fairmount and the Hilton and there are goats here everywhere. Any chance this is an open area here? Saw a really big billy today right outside the resort on the lava flow. Jet Black with big horns and a tan billy that was big as well. Let me know maybye there is still time to get a hunt in before sunday. Didn't know I'd see so many down low near the coast. Any help would be much appreciated.
