Hunting license help please!

Where would I go to get a Hawaii hunting license? In order to hunt with a bow?I heard there is a class you gotta go to but not really sure an where would I go to sign up for the class if there is one? Any help greatly appreciated thanks..

just try to make it to one of these classes even tough they say the class is full you can go as standy but you gotta go early.
