Just a note. Call your council person and tell them it's a waste of money when we can do it for free or a fraction of what they are planning to spend. I called my council person Ernie martin but he was off so left a massage for him to call me on monday. If you want to be heard you must call them and let them know how you feel. If enough hunters call, I'm sure we can stop the funding or suggest a cheaper program. I know i can and our club, Pig Hunters Association of Oahu is doing it right now on Oahu for free. We've been doing it for almost 3 years at no cost to the callers.
