smoke meat competition ???

just seeing if anyone on hear entered or will be going to the ''FRESH CATCH SMOKE MEAT COMPETITON'' for father's day which will be on sunday at heeia state park in kahaluu..come down to tase many different styles of smoke meat and vote for the best !! see you fellow hunters there . aloha

I just ate at that place the other day whoooooooaaaaa da onoooooooo , my pick is the spicy tuna and the smoked taco also the shoyu ahi....aw hell ......i liked it all they let you sample choke!!!!

yes get 24 teams registered to compete. and then each dish will be judged on taste tenderness and presentation...hope we at least place in one category. let you guys know the scoops. aloha
