Ka'u Forest Plan Lawsuit Dismissed

Thanks for posting this. I hope you keep moving forward on the appeal. After watching your video, I found this one on the status of the BI Game Management Plan.

I believe Judge Hara ruled only on the EA process and not the Art 12 sec 7 which is what the appeal in Supreme Court will address. I wish I had the paperwork to look over and see what it entails.
