House Bill 799 Concerning Aerial Shooting
If anyone sees this before 10am tomorrow and cant make it to testify in person on Monday at the State Capitol. Please Submit Testimony in Opposition to this bill. Subsection (b) was added to HRS 263-10 to allow the state to engage in aerial shooting within the state. Due to the fact that state lands are public lands it is the states responsibility to find publicly acceptable management methods. I will post the link below so anyone who wants can submit testimony. I say even if you're late getting this send testimony anyway. You can go to the link below and click on the submit testimony button. If you are not currently registered you will have to register which is quick and easy.
