Punana Leo tournament results??

Howzit! Does anyone know how the tournament went this past weekend?? I wanted to give it a run but it ended up being same day as my nieces birthday party so I couldn't make it.

Biggest Boar: 185.5
Biggest Lahole: 207
Longest Tusk: 7 and something inches

LOL funny one MAUKAKANE1. Yup I agree with you on that one. I got no pictures, sorry I had to play music. But I had go check out the weigh ins. That 207 lahole was a nice one and all the pigs where legit

Aloha tom, Ya its was a solid one. It had a good turn out. Plus was for a good cause, was for raise money for the school. A lot of the tournament here is for a good cause, not just for the hunters. Gotta give back to the community. All for fun that way no more pilikia. When it come to money then you got a problem. I think almost 90 entrys and choke pigs came in. All the tournaments here are normally a 4 man team, 4 dogs, one pig per hunter, one pig per category. may use gun, knife, etc. but help of the use of dogs.

Yup I know what you mean, but u guys been getting some mean pilikia up on oahu. The best way is when you don't know what the prizes are, cause no more the candy for tease all the kids. Keeps it that less tempting to cheat. I don't have any pictures. Sorry.

Just my opinion but the more tournaments there are the less pigs there are in the mountain, contests are fun every once in a while but if Oahu's pig population isn't thriving maybe the hunters should not have choke tournaments and let go some pigs hea and dea... jst my opinion let um go let um grow...aloha

Yup gotta give back 2 the aina once in a while.
