What's the deal with Makua keaau

Just zero'd the rifle at 1.5 inches high at 100 yards now I am planning to head over there this week. My friend told me the gate is permanently locked because someone busted the old lock. Anybody been there lately. So we park outside the gate now? Any freebie tips on best time of day or area for goats would be appreciated.

so for archery do wee still need to wear blaze orange?

I think in most cases if firearms are allowed, orange is neccesary. Regardless of what method you're doing.

Right now there are no firearms permitted in there so you do not have to wear blaze orange, but It's not a bad idea to wear it anyways. Once they open the area to firearms it is required you wear blaze orange while hunting regardless of method.
