Cleaning knives
I know there are a lot of guys really into their knives. So anyone out there know of a cheap blade just for skinning and deboning meat? Simple sharp and cost effective. I've been using a electrical conduit cutting knife made by Klein tools. Got a serrated side and a smooth blade on the other, but it dulls easily, And I don't want to spend my valuable time sharpening the serrated side. I was thinking a nice box knife would do the trick but it's only good for cutting into the skin after that it's not long enough.
Also size I don't want a 9 piece set, one knife to do tha trick
Aloha

Try the buck skinning and deboning knife at sports authority it's $20 and it's pretty good small sharp and guarans do the job but for some reason you don't like it atleast you kno only spent 20 bucks... Alohas

opinel
for me I like opinel ....cheap ....holds an edge ....locks....easy to sharpen....comes in an assortment of sizes.....cant go wrong with a #8, #9 ,or #10 ....I like the carbon blade more than the stainless (INOX) but to each his own.
