Nice one, Evan. What's the story in getting it done?

Is up Hilo Watershed, 2.5 hour hike in to the camp, then another 2-3 hours up to get a cow. Then take as much as you can handle (both backstraps, two legs) and start the hell hike out. Better to stay the night.

Right On Evan, looks like Hawaiian moose to me! Happiness is a heavy pack full of meat, just like up here in AK.
I'd go back a second trip if there's plenty meat still left. I bet you could set up ambush at the gut pile for a pig too.

Yo Muns, Ya bra, was real thirsty. Funny how that works, every time go on a trip da dehydration just kick in. Try sip for a while, no work, Try gulp, no work, den jus guzzle n Ai, wake up on da beach with a headache, but still thirsty so start sipp'n again,lol. We had a good time, I was pretty happy that I got to show the first timers what kind fun Lana'i had to offer n that Bradda Joe got to shoot a deer on his first time out. The gang all pumped to go sheep now.

THERE IS ALOT OF SHEEP!!! Although one ewe and Mumu horn ram this year hunt is 2 days sat and sun so thats cool. Stilltryin to get them to transfer sheep from Kahuku.

First boar taken in Hawaii. Was shot right at end of shooting light with Ruger 270. Hit him in the rear of the jaw at about 50yds dropped um in his tracks. Estimated at around 180+lbs small kine choppers though. In shorts and slippas off the front lawn wild hog management style.
