goat recipes

HI Guys, Well I got some Goat meat in the freezer and I have never cooked goat. Any ideas. this marinade from Turkey Joe was ono with deer but not sure if it would be good with goat.

A good marinade for all kine meat:
-1/2 cup shoyu
-1/2 cup worcestire sauce
-3 tbsp olive oil (can use sesame instead...good too)
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-1-2 tbsp cider vinegar
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp dried rosemary

Feel free to adjust the ingredients to taste. I usually kinda eyeball it. Sometimes I add some slices of ginger. Marinate venison for 1-2 hours, and grill or broil until meat is rare to med-rare. Don't cook it past med-rare. Enjoy.

we make adobo cut meat in to 1 inch cubes soak with vinegar & coarse black pepper over night..... cook on low heat till all liquid evaporates then brown till your liking, don't forget da bay leaf when simmering

Just learned this from a friend a couple weeks ago and was KILLAZ! Brine ( salt/water) over night, than soak in curry one more night , than BBQ. Winnaz!

So 2 guys vote for curry.

Problem is, I never soaked anything in curry overnight. Any help how exactly to do this. I got curry powder. But some hints would be appreciated.
