Yup rajah dat heard dem stories about him and da dogs but from what I was told he HATED cats and did da devils to dem. Yup rajah dat 32 yrs ago to be exact iz when I started hunting with his nephews till they both past away. Oh yeah Sam Po was another one longtime no hear he used to hunt barefoot but its good to hear names from my childhood growing up hunting. My Grandpa and Dad knew him well we would see him in da ranch from time to time he caught one of da White Albino Boars that had in da ranch I believe. My grandpa and Dad wouldnt let me kill um told me fo letum go fo breed when I seen um. Dogs had one one time just above da house by da second paddock on da right in da guava's at that time he was about 170-180 had to tie him up and take da dogs home an go back release um. Shot one grey boar while answering bark so was all good. Always wondered if Sam Po ever mounted da Albino one?

Aloha Muns, I'm not sure if Sam when mount the white boar, I think I was already either hunting with Butch Manza, or Terry Kahana around that time. I was with Sam when he shot the boar up La'ie summit with the 9 inch tusk on one side. That boar was cream color and weighed around 210. We did catch one boar in the ranch at the end of the road that was grey and weighed 163. It been so long I forget already. Sam, Butch, Terry I'll never forget those guys as long as I live. I'm very fortunate to hunt with alot of guys throughout my lifetime. Everyone of them accepted me unto their crew regardless if I used to hunt with other guys. Maybe they seen the love and drive for the hunt and the closeness I had with the dogs. Not to mention, I never missed a hunt unless I was locked up. When I came out, I picked up where I left. Anyway, one day lets go have a couple and light the grill. Love to talk about the past, especially those old buggas. Be safe my brother.
