Kea'au Homestead Rd access?? Empty Kea'au Homestead Rd access??

I've been livin Waianae side Oahu for a few years now, I can't figure how to get past the gate at Kea'au Homestead Rd. Anyone know who has the key? Is that the only access to Makua Keaau? I seen plenty goats in that area while surfing free hawaii. I want to get up there. Please respond if you know...

Call DLNR to get the combo for the gate. They are going to want your Lic. # so keep that handy.
